Every unit carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects, and orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All Keelog products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects. The user should follow all guidelines contained in the appropriate product User Guide, otherwise no liability will be assumed.
Defective products must be shipped to us by the customer.

If a product is not what you needed, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are made by mail, and the return shipping is paid by the customer.
Contact us first with your order number so we can confirm the return address and match the parcel to your order.

How to start a warranty claim
- Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault
- We confirm the return address and the repair procedure
- Ship the unit to us — pack it so the connector and cable are protected
- We repair or replace the unit and send it back to you
What is not covered
The warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, by modification of the unit, or by operating it outside the guidelines in the product User Guide.
